Where Were We Before We Exist In This World?
Hello!
Assalamu'alaikum!
hey hey wait..
Don't worry, I made this article not just for muslim..
but for everyone who also curious about where were we before we were even born,
and I'll try to explain based on Qur'an and hadith ^_^
Okay, but before that, I'll remind you first that my knowledge isn't that much,
and i really still need to learn, so, yeah.. here it is.
so, guys you might also have thought about this before: Where are we before we come to this world??
To answer that question, you need to search about the story "Adam and Hawa" ^_^ or maybe i'll make another article about that:) So, before we were born, before you could read this article, before we could see this beautiful yet scary world (just kidding:) , before our first cry made everyone smiled:), before we started kicking our mom's belly and before we even exist (As human).. :
1. We were at "the nature of the Spirit"
or in Indonesian it would be "alam ruh". God (Allah) gathered all of us in here, in the nature of the spirit, as a spirit.. it's explained in Qur'an Surah Al-A'raf (7) verse 172:
And I don't really know much about what we do in here.. so, i'll need to learn more about it.. But, yeah, we were here before we lived inside our mom's belly <3 okayy so next is...
2. We were at the "nature of uterus"
or in Indonesian is "alam kandungan". To be honest, I translated it from google translate:( So, i hope it didn't made you, lovely readers confused XD So, this is us living inside our mom's belly. Started from the 1st month when we were still a tiny cute fetus until our finger was beautifully shaped and our lungs totally ready to breath outside the uterus. And only at the 4th months, God will put/blew our spirit inside our body. So, that's why in Islam, if a fetus died after the 4th months, they need to be washed, prayed (shalat) in Islamic way, to hope for their intercession for their parents. ok just check this hadith below:
Shaykh Ibn Baaz-Rahimahullah-said:
"The fetus is considered a child and named after (aged) four months and has been blown by the spirit, bathed, prayed (shalat) , and expected intercession for both parents. As before that age it is not regarded as human, not as a corpse, not considered a child, no need to be bathed, nor prayed (shalat), even though as a lump of meat that has begun to form the human figure. (Fatawa Nuur 'Ala Darb, Ibn Baaz: 13/482).Shaykh Ibn Baaz-Rahimahullah-said:
3. Here we are now, at the nature of the world
yeah, again, in Indonesian it's "alam dunia". after 9 though months we lived inside our mom's belly, we finally ready to fight, to survive in another place, called "the world". and if this question ever crossed your mind; why do God create me? What is the purpose of my life?.
This is the answer:
"And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me." (QS: Adh-Dhariyat [51:56] )This is the answer:
So, we are here, in this world, to worship God (Allah). If we are in this world only just for fun, that we can do whatever we want to, then what's the point of living in this world? why we die? what happened after we die? will our money, our wealth that we always worked hard for, help us to get away from death? no! okay idk, maybe you don't understand what i'm saying XD or maybe you do:) ( I really hope you do)
OKAY. That's all. I hope this article might be helpful to you^_^.
No offense ok, i didn't made this to offense anyone.
*PS:TBH, at first I wrote the title with "What happened after we die?" but, idk why it ended up like this so I decided to change the title :"D . I'm planning to make the article "What happened after we die" soon and I hope that I didn't forget it ok:D
